It shall be the purpose of this organization to talk about and practice yoga in its several forms, styles, and techniques. This club is established on the foundations of self-esteem, body awareness, and mindfulness. The purpose is to gather as a community of students advocating and promoting opportunities that foster a greater understanding of the benefits of yoga.
