The primary mission of Youth Brains is to connect like-minded young people with a diverse range of academic, professional, and experiential opportunities. These opportunities include, but are not limited to, publishing research, participating in paid internships, engaging in educational learning experiences, and competing at the global level. Youth Brains serves as a centralized hub through which students can access information and opportunities related to psychology and psychology-adjacent fields. The organization aims to offer members platforms for academic and professional growth, including opportunities to be featured in the organization’s youth mental health podcast, collaborate with the publishing team to curate and disseminate research, and create educational short-form content. Additionally, Youth Brains aims to foster personal and professional development by offering hands-on experience through internships, competitions, and collaborative projects that equip members with valuable life and career skills.
