Mission
Chronic Connection provides support for all those dealing with chronic illness and/or disabilities. Navigating college with any sort of health issues can be quite lonely, so Chronic Connection was created to combat that. Through advocacy, support groups, and general meetings, CC allows members to be fully themselves in a place with no judgement. CC is a safe space for anyone struggling with managing their health and all that comes with it.┬á
