About Us
The Music Production Club focuses on all the stages a song goes through before being published, including beat-making, mixing, mastering, and other steps involved in the process. We focus on the production techniques used for numerous contemporary genres, including but not limited to: Dance/Electronic/EDM, Rap/Hip-Hop, Alternative Rock, Progressive Rock, Pop, Experimental, and much more. Our overall goal for the club is to provide an environment for Pitt musicians to collaborate and learn. You do NOT need any prior production experience to join, we'll teach you! You also do NOT need to know music theory in order to make music!
