Please join the African American Alumni Council (AAAC) on Sunday, July 27th, 2025 from 3pm-5pm, for the annual New Student & Alumni Connection Cookout. At the cookout, you will have the chance to meet and connect with other Black students and alumni from the DMV area before you come to campus and start classes in the fall. There is no fee to attend. We hope to see you there!

New Student Welcome events are open to all incoming Pitt students and their families, and operate consistent with the University of Pittsburgh’s Notice of Non-Discrimination. All are welcome.
