There are times when people experience stress because they are afraid to fail. But failing isn’t something to be ashamed of–instead, it should be embraced to learn and grow.

Pitt students are invited to hear from the alumni community as they share personal stories of failure in their lives. Each speaker will tell stories about how they picked themselves up from each “fall” and turned failures into success.

What to expect:

Five-minute short stories

A diverse panel of eight alumni and staff members

Open Q&A

Networking at the end of the event

Laughs and inspiration

Desserts

Topics:

Developing resilience and adaptability

Handling imposter syndrome and self-doubt

Navigating career changes and unexpected challenges
