Mission The mission of the RCMBA is to:Section 1. Serve as the recognized organization for addressing the concerns, needs and interestsof minority business students.Section 2. Establish a sense of community and to promote interaction among minority businessstudents.Section 3. Develop well-rounded students through community service, fundraising, professionaldevelopment, and academic and social programming.Section 4. Aid in the personal and professional development of networking resources of alumni,corporations, and other affiliates in the Pittsburgh area.Section 5. Maintain a working relationship with the general community through service andsupport.Section 6. Establish and build relationships with corporate representatives, faculty,administration and staff, and draw upon their experience, knowledge, assistance, support, andparticipation.Section 7. Assist students and faculty with various functions throughout the year, including butnot limited to, minority recruitment, tutoring, and private scholarship availability.Section 8. Serve as the valued resource conduit for corporate recruiters who are interested intalented minority business students.Section 9. Aid minority business students in obtaining internships and full time employmentupon graduation.
