The SGA serves as the representative body for every student. The SGA is the advocate for students’ diverse interests and welfare, and is responsive to the vast needs of clubs and organizations on campus. SGA fosters active engagement and connection between students and University faculty, staff, and administration.
The SGA Senate, through cooperation with various offices on campus, strives to improve the experience of all students and represent students on campus matters, issues, and concerns. The SGA Senate promotes the general welfare of the student body and facilitates student engagement. The SGA Senate fosters the respect and trust of the student body and the greater campus community.
