🌠 Star Shout-Out: Engineers Without Borders!

Over the Summer Break, the EWB Bolivia and Ecuador teams traveled to their respective sites to implement sanitation projects and collaborate with the local communities. We appreciate all of your hard work and loved seeing all the pictures!

3rd Annual Envisioning a Just Pittsburgh

Submissions open on Thursday, June 19 and close on Sunday, November 2, 2025. This year, the Carnegie Library is seeking work that grapples with the question of how libraries and archives (community, public or private) can serve as conduits of education, storytelling, artistry, and activism.

Civic Action Week, is taking place September 15th through September 20th. The theme is “Enriching Our Community Together.” We are offering students an opportunity to participate in a week of learning, volunteerism, and workshops.

This Saturday, September 13 from 10:00AM – 12:00PM we will be meeting at Zulema Parklet (where Zulema, Bates and Blvd of the Allies meet).

Despite its mission to improve human health, the healthcare industry contributes to environmental harm, adversely affecting our patients and communities.
