This 30:30 class carries out our fan favorite, that begins with 30 minutes of cycle and ends with 30 minutes of strength. This is a great way for participants to try out our Cycle and Strength programs, at the same time! Participants of all experience levels can enjoy this class as our instructors provide modifications to meet your own personal needs.
