About Us
Cinema Circle's mission is to encourage and develop cultural enrichment among Pitt students through film. Members and officers can select movies according to a theme, and discuss the movies about twice a month as a group. The goal of the club is to gather people with similar interests, explore a shared love of film, and discuss the various themes and message in film. An additional goal is to expand our intellectual interests and cultural and visual literacy through film. We hope to build a community to freely and respectfully discuss ideas presented in film.
