Mindfulness in Law Society seeks to improve the mental health and well-being of students at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law through mindful practice. Mindful practice in this context includes secular meditation and mindfulness in all forms, and specifically mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques and yoga.
