One main purpose of this by-laws document is to ensure a smooth officer transition and knowledge transfer for the officers of the UPJ IEEE Student Society. Beyond the above practical purpose, these bylaws are required of any organization to provide a solid organizational structure, definitions of membership and responsibilities, and timely scheduled continuum of the organization.
